Overall, Kokomo is a lovely place, BUT…. There are a few issues. The bathrooms need to be updated. The shower faucet was terribly rusted, and it was bothersome that maintenance hadn’t changed something so simple. Having the kitchen was absolutely wonderful, especially due to the fact that the restaurant on the resort was ridiculously expensive… I mean ridiculously expensive. Kokomo did provide vouchers for free continental breakfast daily, so that was appreciated. Supermarket was super close, so we opted to food shop and cook… traveled with children, so this was necessary. When we arrived, we were pleasantly welcomed by Wenie, who was most helpful in giving information. Cleaning staff was great…. Worst experience… Ruth, who works in the restaurant. Very unfriendly… never provided a smile, welcome or good morning… her delivery was very harsh and she seemed annoyed if you only ordered the continental breakfast. We actually hated going there because of her honestly. I would return in the future.

Staff was friendly, the property was beautiful and well kept, the beach was great.

Very nice place. Quiet and right on the Beach.

Room was spotless and staff was so attentive and professional! We loved everything about staying here and would highly recommend it!
